The constructed scheme is 2200 sqm , with 860 sqm of ground floor commercial space, which creates an active frontage onto Michael Rd, while varying residential flats occupy all three floor above. Copper is used for the building’s top floor external cladding, reducing the mass to adapt with immediate surrounding, developing a unique patina by time and creating a landmark building. We have taken part in the construction period. Planning stage completed by other architectural practice.
